A Community Thanksgiving Service will be held on Thanksgiving Eve, November 26th at 7:30 p.m. at the Newville Church of the Brethren. Speaker will be the Rev. Bill Beck. The offering will go to the Hurricane Relief Fund.
Christmas gifts for Swaim & Manor may be placed in the box in the hallway no later than December 1st. Suggested items are writing supplies, stamps, birthday & get well card assortments, men's white hankies, ladies white ankle socks, mouthwash, personal items, etc. Monetary donations may be given to Goldie Pringle.
As you saw when you entered the building today, the Mitten Tree has been set up. You may begin decorating it with mittens, gloves, hats, scarves, etc. which will be given to the Salvation Army the beginning of December for their Christmas giveaways.
Those young people in 8th grade and older who are interested in being a part of this year's Confirmation Class should talk to Pastor Vern or Cheryl Kennedy.

The blue bridge, over the Big Spring, leading to GRV will be closed for repairs until approximately November 21st.
